My niche:
I have less overhead and more availability than mhic contractors. Meaning I am often cheaper and quicker, and care more about the finished product. Also, I do not do hard drugs or drink, nor am I an ex con and have never run away with my customer's deposits. This separates me from 90% of contractors.
I don't take many customers, and the ones I do are always referrals as far as the last 5 years go. I'm trying this site because I feel that my fellow crackpots would be cool to work with :)
