Contrary to the industry standard, Gigawatt is part of the 1% of the world's roasters that uses a fluid bed air roaster, which yields a clean tasting and intensely aromatic cup of coffee. Their mission is to bring back small-batch fresh roasted coffee at an affordable price. From concept to creation, and passion to production, Gigawatt hit the ground running at local farmers markets, and has scaled up production with a warehouse space and a higher capacity roaster in Bensenville, IL. They aim to continue their strong online and in-person market presence, collaborate with local business on a broader scale, and satisfy the palates of coffee lovers everywhere.
