Contrary to the industry standard, Gigawatt is part of the 1% of the world's roasters that uses a fluid bed air roaster, which yields a clean tasting and intensely aromatic cup of coffee. Their mission is to bring back small-batch fresh roasted coffee at an affordable price. From concept to creation, and passion to production, Gigawatt hit the ground running at local farmers markets, and has scaled up production with a warehouse space and a higher capacity roaster in Bensenville, IL. They aim to continue their strong online and in-person market presence, collaborate with local business on a broader scale, and satisfy the palates of coffee lovers everywhere. SAARLOOS&sons wines were never meant to be available to the public. We started with a small 17-acre farm in hills of Los Olivos, on the only south facing hill, let alone terraced, on Ballard Canyon. Larry woke one morning to see a cool layer of fog filling the canyon, he felt the midday sun on his neck, he listened to the wind turn the windmill blades each day coming from the same direction, and then he did what every good farmer does. He waited, he watched, he felt, and he listened. Day after day, week after week, year after year.

Turtle Creek Vineyard was established in February 2016 by founders Dan and Sue Schulse. After 40 years of work in the oil and gas and mining businesses with great support from his wife Sue, Dan realized his dream to put his Texas A&M agriculture degree to work developing an agro-tourism business here in Kerr County, Texas. Turtle Creek Vineyard is located on 160 acres alongside beautiful, live water Turtle Creek just 9 miles from downtown Kerrville. The Turtle Creek Vineyard offers a well-designed and decorated orchard house for weekend stays, tastings and wedding venues. This is a working farm soon to be offering grapes for wine production, pecans, chickens, honey and meat lambs all raised with loving care for the enjoyment of our customers. Dan and Sue have assembled a great team of workers that are knowledgeable, personable and ready to serve you during your visit to our farm. We are eager for you to come and visit us and to taste our products.
